I don’t regret the short amount of time I spent reading this book, but nor did I gain very much from it. Look for yourself right now.
What is this essential you that is constant and enduring? But in your own experience you are awareness within which the body comes and goes!
So the only way to really understand life is to examine your own immediate experience of living. The Winner’s Body Language. But I urge you to approach each insight with an open mind and to give it your undivided attention.
As awareness you are not in space or time. Timothy Freke has an honors degree in philosophy and is the author of more than twenty books on world spirituality. Not everything will apply or resonate with you, but maybe something small will which will enable you to live a happier life.

I can’t wait to read Tim Freke’s “Mystery Experience” already waiting for me on my shelf. I think it’s a good fteke to the concept of lucid living, especially if you haven’t got a philosophical background.
